I interviewed with someone who seemed to have no idea how to conduct an interview, it lacked professionalism. A current manager who is leaving recommended me, he's a sharp guy but warned me that the pay is below industry standard and not worth it. The company opened in 2015 and has had a lot of managers. I'm a professional and was excited to help develop the concept and improve its reputation. I was told there would be a second interview, but it seems the company lacks the upper leadership to properly interview candidates and promote their concept. It was extremely disappointing and I don't recommend it.

I saw an ad on Craigslist for a new food server position at the Scottsdale location that was not yet open. I went for an interview and spoke with the manager, Abby. She hired me and told me that training would be at the Tempe location and I should expect a call. She also mentioned that the restaurant was scheduled to open in early December. My interview was in early November, but the restaurant just opened two days ago, in January. The whole process seemed very unorganized and unprofessional, which might explain why they seem to always be hiring new managers and employees at their locations. I ended up getting a job at a better restaurant, so I guess it worked out for the best.

The interview was pretty relaxed. They focused more on getting to know you as a person and understanding your character rather than testing your job skills. While it's a professional setting and you should take it seriously, there's no need to be overly anxious, especially if you have a strong work ethic and good character.

The interview was great and the questions were easy to follow. They were all relevant to the actual job and they were very upfront about expectations and responsibilities. The interviewer was also very nice and friendly.
