Customer Service Representative
It was a standard HR interview, the atmosphere was really good and everyone was respectful. After that, there was a technical test and then a final interview with the manager I'd be reporting to. The whole process was pretty average and moved quickly. The technical assessment felt fair.
- How do you handle work problems and stress?
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
Customer Service Specialist
They'll test your typing, research abilities, and practical skills. You'll also have an interview, conducted in your native language and then in English. Make sure to study the provided materials and commit their core values to memory.
- Can you explain what a server is?
- Could you differentiate between a domain and a web host?
Customer Service Specialist
First, I sent in a video answering some questions about myself, like where I'm from, why I wanted the job, my pay expectations, and languages I speak. Then, I had an interview where they asked about my customer service experience, my background, my skills, my weaknesses, and how I knew about the company. After that, I interviewed with the person who would be my direct manager if I got hired. Finally, we did a simulation of the job using hypothetical scenarios.
- What are your weaknesses and strengths?
- Can you give me an example of a time you had conflicts with your work team and what you did about it?
- How would you handle attending to a new customer, an established customer needing urgent care, and a customer who doesn't need immediate attention if you had to prioritize?
