The process was smooth and good. The TA was very helpful and able to reschedule everything. The interview itself was quite short and quick, and rather casual. I also had a simulation with the QA.

First, there was a questionnaire about you and another questionnaire about your English living level. The English level questionnaire is crucial to pass to the next stages of the interview; if you don't reach a high score, you won't proceed to the next stage.

They got back to me super quick after I applied on LinkedIn, like in 2-3 days. First, they sent an email asking me to do an intro video. The next day after I sent that, I got another email for a role-play test. I had 24 hours to do it. I messed up though, I was busy and didn't prep enough about the company, so I didn't make it. But, they said I can reapply in 3 months.
- It was a role-play scenario where you pretend to be a customer success rep handling different customer situations. There was also a typing speed test included.
