Freelancer
had an easy test for screening purpose. It was about the background of the applicants, where they live, and what their main profession is. I think this is because the jobs aren't really demanding hard level competencies.

Hospitality Staff
You apply online and then get invited to a group interview at their main office. It involved a presentation given to a group of around 10-15 people about what it would be like working at Host, what the expectations were and how it worked. We were then asked to show we could carry several plates at a time but this was presented more as practicing than a test. Then we were showed how to set up a table for silver service. At the end there was a brief, causal chat with one of the staff members, mainly about past experience and why you wanted to work there and what your general availability would be. That was it.

Seasonal Associate
The interview process was pretty simple. They asked about my past experience in the industry and my skills. Then, they went over the basic skills needed for the job, like how to properly hold plates and stuff.

Runner
It was a straightforward interview process with some basic competency questions. No prior experience was necessary. It included typical questions like introducing yourself, discussing your resume, and providing an example of teamwork.
