This was my second time interviewing for this job. I first interviewed back in January 2011 but didn't get an offer then. This second interview happened the day after I tore my ACL, so I knew I'd need surgery soon. The supervisor kept in touch with me until they offered me the position.

The nurse manager was nice and showed me around the ER and the Children's ER. We then went to a conference room for me to answer typical interview questions. After that, she gave me a tour of the Children's Hospital and I met some staff and family members. It was a good interview overall. I'd want to do a job shadow next time.

I applied online and heard back from a recruiter in under a week. The recruiter then connected me with management for a one-on-one chat. After that, I did some job shadowing. Finally, the recruiter reached out again to extend a job offer with the proposed pay.
