I applied online on 12/23, and HR reached out for a screen call on 01/16. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager and the director on 01/20. The interview felt very casual, mainly focused on getting to know me. I had another call with the hiring manager two weeks later and received an offer the same day.

I was contacted by them after applying for a different role, they had my resume for review. I had a short interview with the hiring manager, and she told me she was positive about the interview and set up an interview with the Department Manager. He emailed and we had a great interview. I didn't get an offer, but it was the most positive process I've gone through. Communication was plentiful and I never felt alone.

First, I had a phone screening where they told me about the job and I shared some info about myself. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the department manager. They asked standard questions, but I had to give personal answers. After the interview, I knew a lot about what the job involved and what benefits I'd get. They also said HSHS is a great place to work.

I applied for the CVICU position, and it took about two weeks for a response. Then I had a phone interview with the Hiring Recruiter. A few days later, I went in for an in-person interview. After a few more days, I got a call about the position, but they said I didn't have enough hospital experience. The HR person then sent me to interview on the Med floor. When I interviewed there, the manager said they only had night shifts available. About two weeks after that, I got another call about a position, but I turned it down because the pay wasn't great, and the 45-minute commute wasn't worth it.
