First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HORNE LLP.
Intern
I chatted with a tax manager and an assurance associate. The questions were mostly about motivation and behavior. It felt more like a chat, and I got a good vibe about the company culture being friendly and laid-back.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your aspirations for the future?
- What is your 10-year outlook for yourself?
Intern
It was a really chill interview. The partner and manager seemed genuinely curious about me as a person and how I'd vibe with the company culture. Nothing felt like a curveball, and I left feeling pretty sure Horne is where I want to be.
- What was your motivation for pursuing a career in Audit?
Intern
The interview process was smooth. I was contacted and given a time to join a zoom call. Both interviewers were extremely nice and attentive throughout the interview. They used behavioral interviewing techniques to gauge personality.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a problem when you were under a time constraint, and how you resolved it.
