I had a phone screen with a Recruiter first, then I interviewed with both the Manager and a Supervisor at the same time. A couple days later, the recruiter let me know I got an offer.

Since I was referred, I had a phone interview about 2 days after applying online. I came in for the interview about a week later and met with a partner and a senior manager. It was vey laid back. They were interested to learn about my current job and described the position I was interviewing for. As I left, within 15 minutes, I had an email asking me to come back for a second interview. I set it up for the following week. At the second interview, I met with 2 managers, followed up with a 1 on 1 interview with the partner in charge. Again, it was very laid back. They were interested to hear about my current job and learn more about why I wanted to be apart of their firm. When this interview ended, I waited roughly a week and received a call from the partner making me the offer. The offer was 7,500 more than I was making, so I accepted immediately and started 2 weeks later.

It's a pretty standard interview process. You'll talk about how your experience fits with what we need. One BIG difference though, we need to know if you're cool with moving around a lot, because the company's structure changes based on contracts. We have a main office in Mississippi and a bunch of smaller ones that shift. It's two interviews, then a couple of weeks, and you're in.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Are you willing to relocate frequently?
  • Is moving around with the company something you are comfortable with?
