The recruiter was very helpful, and the interviewers were friendly and happy to answer all my questions. I accepted the offer because of the great atmosphere they created. The entire process from start to finish was very fast, and they were open to discussing the offer terms.

The whole process is basically 5 interviews. First, a recruiter interview where they just gather standard info, ask about your salary expectations and why you're interested. Then, a technical interview that's not too hard but shows how you think through problems. After that, a system architecture design round where you have to design a system from scratch. Next, a values interview, which is less about fitting in and more about checking your core values, particularly how you'd handle customer interactions if needed. Finally, for staff and principal levels, there's a leadership interview to discuss leadership styles and potential system improvements.

The hiring process was speedy, concluding in just over a week. It involved four interviews: an initial screening, a general technical interview, a coding assessment, and a company culture-fit evaluation. They were prompt in providing feedback after each interview and extending an offer.
