Product Designer
It was a pretty standard recruitment process: initial screener interview with the recruiter who reached out to me, followed by a portfolio/case study review with a designer from the team. Then there was a 30-minute live assessment with two members of the team, and after that, an interview with a Design Manager. Finally, there was a cultural fit interview.

Product Designer
An internal talent sourcer reached out on LinkedIn. We had a first interview with HR, followed by a second interview with a design manager. It all happened quite fast, within the same week. Then I was ghosted, with no response to several emails. I'm left wondering about the value of the people there.
- Can you recall a smell that brings back childhood memories?

I first connected with Hopin via a recruiter on Linkedin. After my application was forwarded, I got an interview invitation directly from Hopin. They were really flexible with scheduling, which was great. The initial interview was with the Design Manager, where we discussed my portfolio and I asked company-related questions. Next, I had a live Design Challenge with two other designers. I was nervous before it, but they made me feel comfortable. Following these two main interviews, there was a 'chemistry' interview with two more designers, where I could ask more questions. I really liked getting interview feedback the very next day, so I wasn't left waiting.
