Customer Support Representative
First, I took a quiz with test scenarios about customer support, which was pretty challenging but also fun. Then, I met with the Customer Support Manager and another Customer Support Rep for a chat about standard interview questions and details about the job. After that, I had a quick interview with the Head of Customer Support. Everyone was really nice and helpful, and the whole process was smooth, transparent, and comfortable. I got an offer quickly from People Ops, who were also super helpful and accommodating.

Customer Service Representative
So after getting their first email, they asked me to do this CS test and get it back to them ASAP, like the next day! I sent it back in a few hours. It took them about a week to get back to me for my first and second interviews. I spent almost 2 days researching and getting ready for them. Both went really well, lots of good feedback both times. The second interview was with HR, and then it was another 3 weeks before I heard anything back... (HR didn't seem that engaged tbh). HR finally emailed me on a Wednesday asking when I could meet the CBO. I replied right away but then didn't hear back from HR until Monday to actually set up the meeting. (I had to chase them for a response!!) The meeting with the CBO was only 15 minutes. I spent ages preparing for it too. So far, this whole thing has taken almost 1.5 months. Just a couple of hours after that interview, after all the time I've wasted on this company, I got an automated rejection email. They never mentioned salary at all, and kept things pretty secretive. I really didn't like interviewing with Hopin. 3/10 ⭐️

Customer Service Representative
The interview process was really disorganized. They kept changing the job title in the emails and across the three calls. They also ghosted me. The presentation part was weird because they kept interrupting with random questions, which I wasn't expecting since 'presentations' usually don't have interruptions. The whole interview felt super robotic and cold, like they weren't genuinely engaged. I thought it was going well until it all just stopped abruptly due to the messy interview style. Based on other reviews, I don't think I was singled out.
- What generic questions were asked that you cannot recall?
- Sorry, I cannot remember the specific generic questions asked.
