Behavioral Presentation

It was a typical process, starting with a phone screen, then a call with the hiring manager, followed by a final presentation. The presentation wasn't tough and the questions were what you'd expect. It was a pretty straightforward process overall, though this was a couple of years ago, so it might be different now.

The interview process was streamlined, quick and great feedback regardless of whether or not you get the job. Each step as well as what to expect was clearly explained prior. They humanized the process of interviewing for jobs which can often be quite alienating and thankless! Great experience.

Applied online and got a quick HR response the same day. Then, I had a 45-minute HR screening interview a few days later. After that, I was invited for a video interview with the hiring manager. Both interviews felt pretty standard, with the same questions asked in each. The manager seemed nice and mentioned they might promote someone internally. Post-interview, I had to follow up with HR like others, and they claimed they'd emailed me the day before, suggesting it might have gone to spam (which it hadn't). They ultimately decided to go with someone who had more industry experience, likely their internal candidate. On the same day, I noticed they posted two more CSM openings, making me feel like it was a complete waste of my time.
