We started with a 30-minute recruiter chat. Then, there was a hiring manager interview where we discussed behavioral and technical stuff, building a connection, and I asked about the company and role. After that, I had to do a product demo presentation based on a given case, and then a second product demonstration. The final stage was a group interview with the hiring manager and a senior team member.

I went through two interview rounds and was supposed to prepare a demo for the next one. They sent me all the info but then ghosted me. I tried emailing a few times to ask about the next stage, as the only time they offered was on my birthday. I rearranged my birthday plans for it, but they just stopped replying. A month or two later, they apologized for not getting back to me, saying they changed the role and didn't need me anymore. It felt disrespectful, not valuing my time waiting, being ignored, and the effort I put into the demo and deck.
