The recruitment process was quick and smooth, with a helpful recruitment team that clearly explained what they were looking for. I was hired through a sprint process which involved three interview rounds, finishing with a case study and presentation. The work environment seems good.

The interview experience was really something. The management team was late for the virtual meeting and didn't seem very engaged. The questions they asked felt random and disconnected.

Behavioral Presentation

Everything started really well with quick responses. I had an initial conversation with the recruiter, then hiring manager and lastly a role play panel where I had to pitch the product to a company of my choice. After the final round I was told that I will have feedback by the end of the week. 2 weeks and 2 follow up emails later - absolutely nothing. I fully accept that perhaps they feel I may not have been the right person for the role, however, to be completely ghosted and ignored doesn't bode well for any company. In my opinion, it's really disrespectful to those who show a genuine interest in the company and those who take the time to apply and take part in the interview process. I hope you guys can use this criticism constructively going forward and understand the importance of providing feedback (no matter the outcome) to candidates who are looking for new opportunities.
