It was a really chill interview, they mostly wanted to know how my friends and family would feel about me working there and why I was interested in the job. When they asked why people come here, I said the chicken is amazing and the manager thought it was funny, so I got hired.

First, you gotta send in a picture, then you get called in for a pretty straightforward interview. After that, you put on the Hooters girl outfit and take some pics in front of a white sheet. I went around 2 pm and got a call saying I passed about 30 minutes later.

there are two interviews, the first one is super easy where they look at your personality and presentation. you’ll want to wear makeup and display a bubbly and friendly personality. if you make it past that, the second interview consists of trying on the uniform, posing for 2-4 pictures taken by your manager. these pics are sent to hooters corporate for approval, to decide if your appearance fits the hooters standard. you’ll wait a day or two for management to contact you back with an update on your interview process, aka if you’re hired. it’s stressful at times, but not too difficult.
