The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked a lot of questions specific to the unit and also general healthcare questions related to the ICARE values. I didn't get any kind of rejection notification, so if you don't hear back, it's probably best not to keep waiting.

I applied and a recruiter hit me up the following day to set up a phone screen to talk about the hours, pay, and benefits. I also got sent assessments (pharm, med-surg, personality, behavior, attitude) to fill out beforehand. Following the initial phone screen, I had a phone interview with the unit director where they asked me behavioral/situational questions. She was super nice and I got to find out more about the work environment and job responsibilities.

Got a call not long after applying. First, a phone interview with HR. Then, a second phone interview with the Office Manager and Supervisor. The final interview was in person with the supervisor and Office Manager. Honorhealth never updated me. I was ghosted. They said they'd call by the next Tuesday. I called them 3 times over 3 weeks for feedback, but never heard back.
