The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked a lot of questions specific to the unit and also general healthcare questions related to the ICARE values. I didn't get any kind of rejection notification, so if you don't hear back, it's probably best not to keep waiting.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and had a phone screen with the recruiter. After that, I was invited to an in-person panel interview. The interviewers were really nice and easy to chat with. However, the communication afterward wasn't the best. I heard back four business days later than expected, and they told me I didn't get the job. They reached out again that week about a similar position they thought I'd be a good fit for, calling me a strong candidate. I scheduled a virtual panel interview for the next day. Again, I was told I'd hear back either way by phone by a specific date. It's now been a week past that date, and I haven't heard anything. All my emails have gone unanswered.

It was a really straightforward interview process. They asked basic questions related to the Medical Assistant position, and also some situational ones. It was a pretty easy phone interview to start. I'd recommend it if you get the chance.

I applied for a few ultrasound technologist jobs and heard back within a few days to set up a phone chat. A recruiter talked to me about the job and what they were looking for. I found out later that day that I got through and would have an in-person interview with the hiring manager for the department. It was set for a week later and I got an email to confirm. The in-person interview was pretty relaxed. They went over my experience and education, and explained how the department works. I had to show them I could scan and they showed me around. I also met another person who works there. I got an offer later that day, which was a surprise because they said I wouldn't hear back until next week. The recruiter called with the good news and sent the offer letter. Next is onboarding and training.
