I got a call from HR inviting me for an interview. It was just one stage, a group interview with 3 panelists. They interviewed us one by one, so it felt like an individual interview but in a group setting. Everyone got different questions based on their CV, so you really need to know your CV well.

First, we were given a choice of 6-7 essay questions on a first-come, first-served basis. We had about 40 minutes to write an essay of at least 120 words, and we could use the internet. Then, interviewers started interviewing us one by one. Finally, all candidates presented the essays they had written at the beginning of the interview.
