Behavioral Presentation

The interview setting was professional, making it a bit tense. But the panel was understanding and supportive, which helped a lot. They seemed to get how stressful interviews can be and tried to make it easier. One person explained the job in a lot more detail, covering specific tasks, daily work, and how it all connects to the company's goals. They also cleared up any confusion I had about the role. This detailed explanation made the job requirements clearer and showed they wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting into. Overall, the panel's professionalism, combined with their supportive and informative style, made the conversation about the job opportunity more comfortable and productive.

The application took about 2 weeks to process. The questions weren't too hard, and you should be able to answer them if you prep. I was happy my interviewer was nice and we had a good session.

The interview process at IBM was an interesting experience. I've heard that there can be some really toxic projects there, and getting involved in one can really sour your view of the whole company. Also, their medical insurance isn't the best; you'll likely end up paying a lot for premiums, even for just 1 lakh coverage for your parents. And within IBM, it feels like there isn't a strong HR presence, with managers having most of the control, which means they can either make or break your career. I really hope IBM improves its HR support.
