The first interview was a Zoom call where they asked general questions about my professional experience and some simple questions to test my construction and design knowledge. They mentioned they are looking for someone who is well-rounded with experience in design, M&E, structure, and especially A&A works. The second interview was in person and involved more specific questions about how I would handle a fast-paced design and construction development.

So there were two rounds. The first one was a written test. Then the final round had a panel interview and a group discussion with five people. The questions were about the job itself and what the responsibilities are. We also talked about current events.

The whole thing took about 3 months. First there was a written test, then I interviewed with the department head. After that, another written test and then I talked to a higher executive. The final round was a panel interview with 4 staff members where they asked me hypothetical and case questions. Honestly, how I answered didn't seem to matter; I didn't feel respected at all since one panel member was texting on her phone the whole time dealing with work stuff.
