good experience, i enjoyed the job introduction, communication, environment, and the interaction. It was comfortable to discuss and ask questions. I am pleased to have had this interview and hope to proceed further.

My interview experience with the Hong Kong Jockey Club wasn't great, which was surprising given their reputation. They've been posting a lot about their HR team and how they're changing things organizationally. But based on my experience, they still have a ways to go. Even though they're publicizing these changes, my interview process was really disappointing. As someone with experience, I was shocked by the lack of basic interview etiquette. They didn't communicate or give feedback, which is pretty standard. I tried to get in touch, but it was just silence. Not even a rejection email after all that. It made me feel like my time and effort weren't valued. It was kind of an eye-opener, unfortunately. How a company handles interviews can show you a lot about its culture. If this is how they usually do things at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, I think they really need to look at their process. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect and maybe, just maybe, the Hong Kong Jockey Club will improve how they treat candidates.

Got inconsistent feedback and messages from different interviewers about what they want for the role. It feels like there's a lack of consistency in the company's direction, which is probably why the interviewers were asking different questions and giving different answers.
