The interview process is quite long. It starts with an aptitude test, followed by a video interview. Then there's an assessment center which includes group and individual interviews. Finally, there's a final interview. They also have an offer extension phase. They did offer me priority access to join them, but I didn't get any feedback after replying, possibly due to policy changes within the company.
- Can you share an achievement of yours?
Graduate Trainee
I applied online and first had an aptitude test. Then there was a group interview that lasted about 4 hours. It started with a 2-minute self-introduction, followed by a general question like "share with us one experience how you manage a crisis in work or school". After that, we had a group discussion about a marketing plan for The Hong Kong Jockey club's new Happy Wednesday event. Finally, there was a written test in both Chinese and English where we had to create an executive summary of our group discussion.
- Can you share an experience where you managed a crisis at work or school?
- Discuss a marketing plan for The Hong Kong Jockey club's new Happy Wednesday event as a group.
Graduate Trainee
So first there was an online aptitude test. If you passed that, you got into the first round which was a group interview with about 8-9 people. It started with everyone introducing themselves and then some questions about past experiences, specifically focusing on leadership skills. After that, we had a group discussion about a new campaign idea, and then a group presentation.
- Introduce yourself.
- Tell me about your leadership skills based on your past experiences.
- What are your thoughts on a new campaign during the group discussion?
