Manufacturing Engineer
It was a good experience, very professional. It was a behavior-based interview and they asked good questions. Wasn’t too hard, just study some STAR questions before you go and be ready to talk about your experience.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Manufacturing Equipment Engineer
I went through three interviews for this role. First, I chatted with a recruiter at a career fair and they invited me for an interview right then and there, asking me some STAR questions. Next, I had a phone interview where they asked me some basic questions about my background. Lastly, I had an on-site interview that also involved STAR style questions.
- Can you share an instance where you found a creative solution to a problem?
- Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with your manager.
Production Engineer
The interview process had three parts: first, a Group Discussion (GD) to see how well you communicate and work with others. Then, an Online Assessment (OA) to check your technical and analytical skills with some questions. Lastly, a final interview to talk about your qualifications, how you solve problems, and if you're a good fit.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- What are you interested in?
- Can you discuss a project related to your interests?
