I formally applied on Honda Motor Europe's careers site. The first interview was a month later, and the second one was three weeks after that. After the second interview, I didn't hear anything back. I waited another two weeks and then reached out to HR to check on the decision status, but it was a negative outcome. A few days later, I called back to get some feedback on the interview, but I haven't heard back from them, and there's been no contact since then. It was very unhelpful.

Behavioral Group Presentation

It starts with a quick 5-minute chat to get to know you and your idea for a digital transformation project using the SMART method. Then, there's a group activity like an idea workshop. If you pass that, you'll have an individual interview. The process includes several pre-tests, and if you do well in the workshop, you move on to another stage before potentially getting an offer.
