First, we had a phone interview which was a standard interview with questions like what are your greatest strengths and weaknesses. Then, we were brought to the plant for a tour and similar questions. It was with an HR associate who read through a sheet of questions while taking notes. Travel was compensated.

It was a good process, and the senior staff were helpful, although some questions were tough. A written test was administered, followed by the final interview. About 50 candidates took the written test, and 20 of them moved on to the final interview.
