Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Honda.
Analyst
The interview process was slow and unpersonable, with a month wait between each step. I didn't have a single person to guide me, and the coordinators were unsure about the process. Even though the company has a specific format for answering questions, they gave zero guidance. I made it six months into the process before being rejected. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time here.

First, you'll go through an interview to see if your profile aligns with the company. There will be questions about the company culture (it's worth studying all of Honda's culture beforehand). Additionally, the interviewer will make sure you have the mandatory requirements (this stage might include an English interview). Then, there will be another interview with the manager.
- What are the job requirements?
- Do you have the requirements for the position?
- On-the-spot test for job requirements
Infrastructure Analyst
- Qual o nível do meu conhecimento técnico, etc.
