I got the first interview after chatting with a recruiter at my school's career fair. Then I had a couple of behavioral interviews. The last one was a panel interview with the team I'd be joining.

The interview lasted about 30 minutes. It was heavy on personality and STAR questions. No technical stuff was asked because they're cool with your skills not being a perfect match; they expect you to learn a lot on the job.

Technical Presentation

The interview process was spread over two days and included a tour. Around 50 recent college graduates were invited, selected from collegiate SAE program participants and other applicants. It felt like an open house or mini job fair where different departments showed off products and answered candidate questions. Formal interviews with interested departments happened on the second day.
