Had a phone interview with 3 engineers from the team who are in the same position I'd be applying for. It was about 45 minutes and we went over my resume, I introduced myself, and they talked about the work culture on site as mentioned in the job posting.

I applied online for a co-op position and after about 2 weeks, I got a pre-screening email with 18 questions. One of them asked me to describe my computer experience and any software, simulation, or design packages I've used. I sent back my answers and just one day later, they called me to say I was moving on. They wanted me to come for an onsite interview, so they paid for my flight, hotel, and rental car. It was a 3-hour tour and a panel QA session. The interview was mostly technical, focusing on how my experience fit their needs. The panel had one HR person and two engineers.

I first met them at a career fair and spoke with an HR Manager, who then told me to apply online to start the hiring process. Two days after applying online for Honda, I got an email saying they were interested, but I first had to do a pre-screening. I completed two documents about my background, work history, and why I'm interested in Honda. A few days later, they asked to interview me after I finished an official paper application and gave them permission for a background check. Two weeks after that, we had a video interview with the HR rep and the Engineering Manager. It was a very basic interview where they really wanted to know about my technical background and how I work within a team.
