First, I got this questionnaire from the company, asking about work and workplace stuff. Then, I went onsite for an interview. It was with an HR person, two managers, and a senior person from the department I'd be joining. It lasted about an hour to an hour and a half, and they asked a lot of detailed questions about my resume, my experience, how I work, and if I'd fit in with the company.

First, a recruiter had me submit my resume via a website. Then, I had a phone screening about my personality, hobbies, school, and current experience. The next interview was more technical, covering some basic design questions, engineering solutions, and time management, specifically how to manage a project with milestones and teamwork. After that, I waited and received feedback directly from the hiring manager. It was pretty straightforward.
