I had to do a questionnaire first, then a phone interview. They said there'd be a second interview with some engineers, but I never got the call. I emailed HR and a few weeks later they told me I didn't get the job.

Behavioral

I had previously interned at Honda of America, Mfg. as a Safety Engineer and was invited back a year later for a summer internship. HR reached out via email to gauge my interest. The interview was scheduled about a week later and lasted nearly two hours. The first part was behavioral questions, followed by a plant tour and introductions to key supervisors/coworkers. I was selected for the position about a week and a half after emailing HR for feedback, and the official confirmation came three business days later. This interview was different from my first Honda internship, which was more contained and didn't involve a factory tour. The questions were also interviewer-generated rather than from a standardized sheet, suggesting departmental variations.
