A staffing agency reached out about a contract-to-hire gig. First, I talked to the agency. Then, Honda Financial did a phone screen. After that, I had an in-person interview with Honda Financial. Didn't get the job, and they just said I didn't have the skills. Nobody from the agency or Honda followed up, even when I asked for more info.

You'll meet with two supervisors, maybe from different departments. Check in at the front desk, and they'll call you back for the interview. Afterwards, they'll show you around the different departments. If you get the job, training is mostly computer-based, done right here.

I was initially reached out to by a recruiter regarding this role. The whole thing took around 2 weeks from start to finish. It involved two calls with the recruiter and one technical screening, followed by a panel interview with leaders from various departments. The recruiter called me back the very same day to inform me that I got the offer. It was a really positive experience, and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and professional!

Behavioral Presentation

I applied for several positions, and the interview was handled by a staffing company. Upon arrival, I had to complete an application, which took about 20 minutes. The interviewer didn't introduce themselves and asked basic questions about my previous work. They then described the available positions. Since they didn't work for the company, they couldn't answer specific questions about it. Finally, they asked if I wanted them to forward my resume to American Honda to be considered for the roles. I felt this whole process could have been done over the phone, and I'm unsure why an in-person meeting was necessary just to discuss the positions and gauge my interest.
