The interview process felt really disorganized and took up a lot of my time. It started with a phone call, and then they had me come into the office for more interviews. I ended up waiting around for a while before I spoke with a senior manager, and then later with a department head. Honestly, the experience was just okay because it was so messy and dragged on way too long.

The interview I went on at Homesite was possibly the best interview I had ever been a part of. Interviewing with the manager of the department, Kim Kirchner, and one of the team leads, Kim Kress, was simply a delight. The interview was less question-and-answer and more of a conversation between three professionals. Their positive attitude and genuine desire to see their department succeed through recruiting qualified people shone through throughout the process.

It was a long interview, about 3 hours, and I spoke with at least 3 people. It was thorough and they really liked hearing lots of examples, especially unusual, real-life ones. Make sure you get enough sleep and prepare well because they will definitely test you.
