Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Homesite Group Incorporated.
Actuarial Analyst
It was a 3 round process. First round was with the hiring team, then there was a round with the manager, and finally two separate 30 min interviews. They were all super friendly and helpful during the process. Included both technical and behavioral questions.
- Can you explain your motivation for applying to this position.
Actuarial Analyst
The hr contact me through email, and the email says replies to this message is undeliverable, which confuses me. During the interview, the first question is a list of questions, makes me feel like she does not want to ask me one by one and just want to get this over. Also said she will update me in 24 hrs, but never heard from them again. Very unhappy experience.
- Why are you a good fit?
- What are your career aspirations for this role?
- What makes you unique?
Actuarial Analyst Intern
applied through college job websites, they reached out by email after about two months and set up a zoom meeting; i had the interview with three people, but none of them were from HR. they asked me about analyzing data and charts, my previous experiences, and what i want to do in the future.
- How do you feel about picking up SAS as a new programming language?
