Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HomeSense.
Sales Assistant
It was basically a casual conversation. The questions were straightforward, and the atmosphere was very laid-back. I only had one interviewer, who was very friendly and talkative. They were primarily interested in getting to know me.
- What makes you interested in this position?
Sales
I interviewed at Homesense for a sales role. We talked about my interest in the job and some customer service stuff I did. They gave me some hypothetical situations, and I asked about the team and how I could grow. It seemed to go well, and then they made me an offer.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer and what you did to fix it.
Sales Representative
the interview was tough but they took me down to the staff room. it was better then and not too hard to do. I would recommend to go through their repertoire before doing the interview.
- Do you have prior experience in this role?
