It was a pretty long interview process, where the HR managers brought in over 100 people on the same day. Most of the questions they asked were related to the job itself. The managers were super patient and nice.

I applied online and they called me back pretty quickly, within a few hours. They did a really short phone screening and then set up an in-person interview. I thought it was going to be a group thing with other people, but it ended up just being me. The assistant manager was super nice and chatty during the interview, which was pretty casual, not like a formal office setting. It was about 25 minutes long and they asked all the typical customer service questions. They offered me the job right there at the end.
