Customer Service Representative
i first got an email and then it was a 10 minute phone call interview the next day and then an in person interview which i have yet to do . But on the call interview it was mainly questions like availability and a quick screen to see if you would fit for the role.
- What is your availability?
Customer Service Representative
It was an easy entry-level interview. They asked about my prior customer service experience. They were mainly concerned with my availability and if I was willing to learn cash handling and work morning and weekend shifts. They asked for references. The onboarding and training were thorough.
- Tell me about your customer service skills.
- Why do you want to work at Homesense?
- Are you willing to work morning shifts?
Customer Service Associate
Got a call for an interview for the role. Interviewed with an operational/warehouse manager and they explained the job in detail like what a day may look like. Manager mentioned she would contact me either way after the interview and I did not hear back at all.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
