I dropped off my CV, and they got back to me about 3 weeks later. Then, I had an interview at the back of the store. It felt comfortable and was well-organized with good questions.

Was called in to sit in a canteen for the interview. Had to wait on the shop floor in front of customers with all the other interviewees lined up. Waited for over an hour for a 10 minute interview, where typical questions were asked.

It was a group interview, and there were about 20 of us candidates all sat around tables. We were asked questions as a group. They asked us to introduce ourselves, and I decided to go first, which worked to my advantage as the staff conducting the interview then were able to remember my name. They then asked us to pick an item out of a box they had put on each table. I chose duct tape. They then asked us to write down some notes and stand up and sell the product to the group in two minutes. After the initial questions, we then had a one to one interview with the store manager. It was very informal and friendly. I felt at ease throughout the entire interview.
