The interview was scheduled quickly, and it was pretty straightforward. The recruiter was really helpful, giving me tips on how to prepare and what to expect. It was a mix of standard competency questions and casual chat about my previous jobs. The team seemed great, and the job itself looked pretty simple. They asked me to come back for a second chat, but I turned it down because I got an offer for a job that was a better fit for my degree. But overall, it was a good experience.

Applied and heard back about 10 days later for an interview. Got all the prep info and the interview was a week after that. It had 2 stages: first with one buying manager, then with another buying manager and a buyer. The interviews were pretty much the same, so a panel with all 3 would've been more efficient, but they were pretty casual and only two days apart. Didn't get an offer because I lacked specific category experience (which they should have seen on my CV?!). They did say they'd keep me in mind for other roles though. Kinda frustrating, but the people seemed nice, so I'd probably apply again.

The office was a bit far to get to and parking wasn't free. Everyone there seemed really sharp, so I'd recommend wearing a tie. The questions asked felt pretty relevant to the job.

The interview process ran smoothly, with several selection rounds. It started with the HR round with general know-how and some housekeeping questions. The second round was a case study and a demonstration of proficiency in functional tasks. Then came a peer and functional round where I was asked operational questions about my approach toward the role. Followed by the reporting manager's round, who was interested in knowing if I was the organization and culture fit. The final round was with the HoD, and it seemed I lost my edge there. Great experience overall.
