The interview process included questions about behaviors and strengths. The interviewers were friendly and asked clear questions. Using STAR helped me present my examples clearly for the markers. Three people interviewed me.
- How do you handle multiple tasks with a tight deadline

I applied through the usual CS website, and they invited me to an interview since my score was over 4 on each competency. I got the job offer about two weeks after the interview. Usually, I get offers over the phone, but this time it came through the standard CS offer accepted email.
- Can you give an example of making effective decisions?
- Can you provide examples of collaboration?
- How do you approach seeing the big picture?

It was a really bad interview, possibly the worst I've ever had. There were 3 people on the panel. The main interviewer was really rude and patronizing, making sarcastic comments the whole time. When I said what my main skills were, he'd say things like, "Well let's see if you show that in the interview then." I was interrupted twice because he thought I hadn't understood the question, even though I was just starting to answer. He interrupted me and told me what I was trying to say, and at one point just blurted out he'd "heard enough." He also spoke over the other interviewer a few times and visibly yawned during some of my answers. At the end, when I asked a question, he asked, "is that it? You don't have any more questions?" The feedback was okay, with some valid points, but coincidentally, I was marked the lowest in the skill I said was my strongest. It felt like the interviewer didn't like me from the start and had no interest in what I had to say.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to have a difficult conversation with someone?
