Had a straightforward in-person interview at one of their stores with the store manager. They asked some basic questions about me and my experience with part-time retail jobs. The questions focused on my personal background and how I'd fit into the role.

After submitting an online application, there was a group interview. We watched an induction video to learn about HB's history and then participated in group activities designed to assess our teamwork skills. A brief, one-on-one interview followed, focusing on understanding teamwork.

The interview was pretty straightforward. They asked about my hobbies and interests, and presented me with hypothetical scenarios, asking for examples from my past experiences. The only drawback was their promise to call everyone, regardless of the outcome, to provide an update and job decision. However, I never received a call. It's been two months, and I still haven't heard anything. Clearly, I didn't get the job, but a call with feedback would have been appreciated.
