The interview started with a 30-minute chat with the Terminal Manager. After that, the Operations Manager joined for the remaining hour. We went over my resume and discussed my experience in the LTL industry and with previous jobs. They didn't ask any STAR method questions. The day after, I got an email asking me to take a personality test. It's been over a month and I haven't heard anything back, so no offer. Overall, it was a good experience.

I applied online and got a call from the terminal manager about a week later. They asked a few basic questions from my resume and then offered me an in-person interview at the location. I wasn't given any directions for parking or where to go, and the manager didn't seem to know how to conduct an interview. The interview was interrupted several times by other employees who didn't apologize. After the interview, the manager showed me around the terminal to see the operations.

I was connected to USF Holland by a recruiting agency at a hiring conference. I had an interview with two people there. The next week, I visited a terminal and had another interview with a senior manager. The week after that, I went back to the same terminal for a final meeting about salary and benefits. I got the job and started the following Monday. I was impressed with their direct approach and professionalism. They were upfront that it's a tough job, but I felt supported.
