The interview started off feeling casual and like a young atmosphere once I was inside, but the whole experience ended up being exhausting. For a company that is supposed to be a leader in residential management, the lack of professional courtesy is appalling. Their response time is awful. I applied for 3 positions and have over 20 years of experience. I interviewed in early May and today, 6/22, I just heard back with a very scripted response. I had heard that Holland was ageist and that they suck all your talent out and then spit you out once they get what they need from you. They will tell you this isn’t true and that they have plenty of older team members... I'm sure you do, but how many of them are property managers?

I had interviews with a bunch of different people, like, across all levels and departments. It was a really thorough process to make sure it was a good fit for both sides. They did a good job explaining their internal processes and policies.

My interview with Eve was really great! She answered all of my questions and explained more details about the position I was interested in. She also shared information about the great benefits Holland offers. Awesome experience, thank you!
