The interviews themselves were pretty standard and not difficult. However, the overall process was really drawn out, and the interviewers were super slow to respond. I had to follow up twice for an update. The first time, they gave me a new timeline because the one they originally provided after the second interview was already two weeks out of date. When that new timeline passed and it had been another two weeks, I reached out again but got no reply. Honestly, a simple 'no thanks' email would have been appreciated and saved me a lot of waiting around and not knowing what was going on.

Had a really long phone call with the recruiter from Talent Acquisition. Near the end, they said they'd email me a list of questions to fill out and send back. They also said they couldn't ask questions or write down my answers during the call, which is why they'd send the 'document.' It was pretty weird, especially since one of the questions was about 'multi-tasking'! They mentioned that if I passed this screening, I'd then have another meeting with them (again) and the HR partner. Honestly, I didn't think it was the best use of my time or the company's time, not very efficient. The strangest part was that the 'questions' they emailed were the exact same behavioral questions they asked me on the phone!

The initial phone screen was really pushy and condescending. It felt like every question was asked as if I had lied on my resume. I understand the need to verify, but the way the interviewer spoke to me was as if I was being untruthful. It was ridiculous! I would never want to work for that company. Maybe they've had issues with bad candidates before, or maybe their HR isn't great at background checks, but good candidates won't put up with that kind of treatment, especially in the first stage. It was pathetic.

The recruiter was super friendly and explained the company's background, mission, goals, and benefits really well. My hiring process actually took a lot longer than planned because I had to postpone dates a few times, but they were totally understanding and patient the whole time. It honestly made me want to give it my best shot and really represent the company well.
