Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Holiday Inn.
Waitress
I had a quick interview with the manager who asked me some questions. Then I did a trial shift. They offered me the job about two days after that. I ended up working there for about a year. The whole interview process was pretty fast.

Server
I got a call back and was interviewed the same day. The background check was completed in a week. The whole process was easy and fast. The interviewer was nice and encouraging, making it a pretty laid-back and comfortable experience.
- Did not ask many questions.
Chef
First there was a practical skills test, then an interview with the General Manager and Food & Beverage Manager, followed by an interview with the head chef. Everything was going really well and smoothly. It was a great day for me when I started working in my section.
