First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Holiday Inn Express.
Front Desk Receptionist
I arrived ten minutes before my interview and they called me back right on time. They were really interested in my type of personality and if I could work flexible hours. They also asked about why I wanted the position and what pay rate I expected. Great benefits.
- Can you tell me about a challenging situation you faced in your previous role and how you managed it?
Front Desk Receptionist
The interview was really fast, simple, and no hassle. They asked me some stuff about my past work, when I can work, and how I deal with customers who aren't happy. I just told them the truth, keeping it short and to the point.
- What's your approach to dealing with stressful situations?
- Can you describe your previous job experiences?
- What is your availability?
Front Desk Receptionist
I had a nice interview with standard questions. Then got a call a few days telling me I was offered the job. Was told to call them the next day to confirm availability which I did but no response. Left a voicemail and text. No response. Then got a rejection email more than a week later. Unprofessional.
- Tell me about a time you provided excellent customer service.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this company?
