I had two interviews for this role. The first was an initial chat at my school, covering my past work and what I'm interested in. The second interview was at their Atlanta HQ and was super in-depth. I met with 9 people from different departments and backgrounds, and it lasted over 6 hours. This included lunch and a trip to a jobsite. They were really keen to know what I liked and didn't like about my previous internships. I liked everything about the process, though I wasn't a big fan of chatting with a division manager who happened to be a professor at my school.

Had a short phone chat first. Then they reached out and I went to Atlanta for a few days. Met five people, all seemed cool and approachable. The interviews were pretty standard, covering my past experience and discussing what the role would entail.
