Had a really good talk with some of the leaders and managers. It was pretty chill and nice. They seemed genuinely curious about my career aspirations and how they could fit with the job opening. We chatted about some of the projects they have coming up and their future plans for the studio. They also gave some solid advice for young professionals trying to get ahead.

the interview started well, 3 interviewers introduced themselves on a video call and then asked me to explain my portfolio after 5-10 minutes of me starting to explain my portfolio the principal went offline to take another call and eventually the 2nd guy also went offline and they eventually came back on to exit the call

A contact at the company put my resume and work samples in with HR. HR got in touch the next day and set up an interview for the following week. The interview felt really good, and everyone was nice. I sent thank you emails to both people I interviewed with, and one sent a quick reply that day. I didn't hear back, so I emailed them three weeks later to ask about their decision.
