So first, I had to introduce myself, then the interviewer talked about the company's structure, how the teams work, and the workflows, just to give me a good idea of the company.
- Can you tell me about your current salary and benefits?
Graphic Designer
They've been really nice so far and have been super helpful in giving us lots of details about the interview. The best part is they keep you updated on your application status, which is awesome because you're not left guessing like with some other companies.
- Would you be open to doing things beyond your core responsibilities?
Graphic Designer
The process was pretty structured: First, they reviewed my application, then there was a screening, followed by a couple of interviews (one technical and another one). They might have given me some assessments too, and then checked my references. Finally, they extended a job offer. Sometimes the process can be a bit different based on the role or what they need to find out.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
- What would you say are your main strengths and weaknesses?
- What makes you want to apply for this specific role and our company?
