Program Coordinator
This position is always reposted. I applied out of curiosity. I can tell everyone they are not interviewing to hire. They are a waste of time. They are interviewing to fill quotas and to put you on a contingency list for projects where they need to check with their client/head for approval before hiring. They will ghost you without a generic message. They also make you fill an extremely vague NDA. There is one phone screening, one interview with the project manager, a second interview with a panel of supervisors, and a third interview with the team. It doesn't matter if they are friendly when they don't have substance and condone horrible practices of stringing people along when they are not hiring.
- Tell me about your background.
- What is your project management experience like?
- How familiar are you with Photoshop?
Program Coordinator
The interview process has three stages: a first screening, a software assessment, and then a final behavioral interview. I made it to the last panel interview. It was generally a friendly and professional interview. BUT! One thing I really disliked. They sometimes ghost candidates who get to the panel interview. I followed up twice in the 14 business days after the interview, and neither message got a response.
- Describe how you manage competing deadlines.
Program Coordinator
The whole process went really smoothly. I had an HR screening call, followed by two panel interviews. Everyone I met was really nice. I just wish I had prepared more. You should definitely brush up on your project management and file management skills.
- Tell me about your experience in project management.
