The interview was virtual, with about 5 people present. It was pretty casual and positive. After my interview, one of the principals started harassing me, accusing me of not wanting to stay in the area long term, even though I kept saying I wanted to stay. He didn't believe me and asked my friend, who he knew, about my 'real' intentions at least 3 times. Another employee contacted me to ask the same thing, mentioning I'd get paperwork for an offer, but the principal just needed to be sure. The principal then called me himself to ask about my intentions again. I felt really uncomfortable with his aggressive tactics and how he tried to get my friend to say I wouldn't stay. In the end, I didn't get an offer, which was annoying since I was told I would. His methods are really off-putting and don't build loyalty, which might explain the high turnover.

I had an hour-long interview scheduled late in the day. It was in their main glass conference room, which was kind of awkward because a consultant from my old company saw me there. The whole interview ended up taking several hours, with a lot of waiting around while they figured out who was supposed to be in the room with me.

The interview process was straightforward. They reviewed my portfolio and asked a few questions. I discussed my college projects and the models I created. I also presented renderings for them to view.
